Last Notice – Wanda SLSC Tradies One Club Carnival 2024 – Saturday 26 October 2024
Thank you for all that have entered the 9th Annual Wanda SLSC Tradies One Club Carnival to be conducted on Saturday, 26 October 2024.
Entry numbers are good and Wanda trusts that all participants will have a fantastic day.
Please find attached the final Carnival Circular.
Please also be reminded that Late Entries (without additional fee) will close at Midnight on Sunday, 20 October 2024. Clubs are to submit entries online using the “SEMS” carnival manager system.
Wanda SLSC will then issue invoices that must be paid before or on the day of the Carnival – see the Entry Circular for full details.
If not already undertaken, please also complete the following “Must Do” registrations ASAP prior to the Carnival:
JAG Water Safety Personnel for Clubs with the ratio of 1 water safety person per 7 U8 -U13 aged competitors: Water Safety Registration.
Please also refer to Section 10 of the attached final Carnival Circular.
IRB Driver/Crew Personnel for Clubs with more than 50 competitors: IRB Driver and Crew Registration.
Note: Wanda SLSC will provide the IRBs – we just need drivers and crew.
Please also refer to Section 11 of the attached final Carnival Circular.
Carnival Officials with the ratio of 1 Official per 15 competitors: Officials Registration. Please also refer to Section 12 of the attached Final Carnival Circular.
It is important for all to assist to have a great Carnival and please understand that Wanda will need to follow up Clubs to ensure there are sufficient personal to assist. Thank you all in anticipation of your assistance before Monday, 21 October 2024.
